・All-day Signature Tapas, including (1) Bacalao Puree on Toast, (2) Scallop Carabinero Ceviche, (3) Deep Fried White Bait with Bacalao Puree, (4) Deep Fried Soft-shell Crab with Avocado Puree, (5) Cuttlefish with Romesco Sauce, (6) Iberico Pork Sausage, Olive, Hummus, (7) Deep Fried Quail Leg, and (8) Roast Fresh Crispy Chicken.

El Cid & Fruit Dream would work together to hold a Spanish Village Flea Market on 28 March, 2021 from 12nn to 6pm. It provides a lot of booths & handmade products in both Hong Kong & Spanish styles. Also, some Spanish snacks & food ingredients.
