King Parrot Group proudly presents our Guest Chef Wine Pairing Dinner in Mid-September, featuring two professional star chefs from Canada and Spain.

Chef Jonathan Cheung, shares a lifelong passion of food and cooking with over 20 years of experiences, has also been featured on different TV and radio shows. Chef Cheung was also a professional judge on“Iron Chef Canada" , the co-author of "Montreal Cooks; A Tasting Menu for the City’s Leading Chefs" and the owner of “Appetite for Books”, an independent, specialized cookbook store and cooking studio in Montreal.

Chef Javier Carrizosa, an experienced chef worked in multiple Michelin establishments in Spain including the world famous Arzak Restaurant (Michelin***) and the Barbarossa Group as a Group Executive Chef. Chef Carrizosa is also the disciple of Michelin Chef Paco Roncero! His passionate philosophy of cooking is simple: quality products with attention to detail.

Delectable and ingredients-focused 5-course menus paired with the finest wine will be presented by two master chefs, which will definitely bring you a real gourmet experience!
